You are purchasing a bespoke, one-off piece. Each Designer Woodworks product is handmade and unique. There will be differences in wood grain, shade and texture across each product.

The product images are examples only and your product will have its own unique grain and colouring.

Thanks for purchasing our products at Designer Woodworks. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

Shipping for Designer Woodworks furniture item/s is calculated based on product weight and your delivery address.

Following your purchase, our team will be in touch to offer options for delivery via courier, or speak with you to arrange delivery or pick up from our Northern Rivers woodwork studio near Kyogle, NSW.

Our products are finished in an oil-based polyurethane finish that is hard wearing and easily repaired. It is not recommended to use any kind of silicone based furniture wax or polish.

If surface is looking marked or shabby a good rub over with 0000 super fine steel wool should bring back a nice satin luster.
